Director of the Institute, and co-editor of the Institute's own publication The 24-Hour City: Selected Papers from the First National Conference on the Night-time Economy. In addition to his work with Derek Wynne on Lifestyles and Cultural Consumption in the City, he has published several papers in the Institute for Popular Culture Working Papers series including a translation of Christian Bromberger's work on the culture of football.
Justin O'Connor, Derek Wynne and Steve Redhead are series editors of the highly successful Popular Cultural Studies series published by Ashgate (Arena imprint).
